Hi does the google docs allow me to terminate the questionnaire if it is not applicable for the respondent? for example imagine I have 20 questions and question number 5 asks whether you form part of any of the following insurance agencies? if yes continue the survey (with the remaining 15 questions) and if not terminate the questionnare there. Is it possible?

Is there a way at all of having google email you when someone has submitted a response to a form created through google documents? either emailing you the completed form or telling you its there if log on?

Hi Ashwin,

I m in the midst of completing my e-book. I want to provide a SKILLS ASSESSMENT TEST consists of ten criteria, example communication skills, leadership skills etc. to my future readers. At the end of the test, the reader shall be informed on their strengths and weaknesses on each criteria – at the end of all tests, they can summarize all results and determine the GAP between their current level and desired result (I may need to show this result using chart/graph). I have all relevant informations to develop the questions/answers.

I m new to google documents – appreciate your valuable feedback.
